Volunteer opportunities and commitees.

There are plenty of opportunities to support the work we do! For our seniors, come teach a class, serve lunch, or deliver groceries to homebound seniors. Do you have experience/energy to help us with fundraising? Or join one of our committees, which focus on program areas and include board members and community members:

  • HOUSING Committee—support our transformative housing programs that provide permanent affordability for tenants, including development of new housing and refurbishment/management of Holly courts and Alemany public housing sites
  • COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Committee—support strategic planning, designing, and implementing community engagement programs, including public safety meetings/initiatives, special events, and the annual Bernal Community Congress
  • FIESTA Committee—plan the annual Fiesta on the Hill, including recruiting sponsors and brainstorming theme and

Fiesta on the hill.
